Armagard Custom Screen Enclosures Provide Emirates Airline for first cable car
Emirates Airline
Emirates airline required four, large-scale custom-enclosures for use at the UK's first cable car system built in London, which was launched ahead of the Olympics in June 2012. Armagard manufactured four different enclosures in two different designs. The larger enclosure measured in at 165 inches, with the smaller unit measuring 105 inches.
The Results
Installation of each individual unit gave Emirates Airline the required screen protection needed to enable them to communicate with a mass audience. Emirates was happy with the application methods used and the prominence of their units.
The solutions provided gave Emirates a presence at an event attracting the eyes of the world. The strategic positioning of outdoor screens meant that information and advertising campaigns could be relayed consistently for the duration of the Campaign.
Equally important was that all the logistical challenges were met, a remarkable achievement considering the scale of the event. Enclosures were installed on time and remained fully operational as the Games were taking place.
Taking into consideration the scale and time pressures of the projects in which Armagard was involved, the results were very successful.
